About the scheme 

ISA (Business Development & Support) offers a ‘Quality Manager Support Scheme’ designed to provide resources and material to support the development and implementation of a Quality Management System or Quality Assurance. 

The scheme provides consultancy services to help organisations improve their quality management systems without the need of additional full time management roles making it a cost-effective solution for companies.

The scheme aims to promote a culture of quality improvement across various industries helping companies effectively manage their quality processes.

 

What the Quality Manager Support Scheme provides:

• Quality Management representation and support for your company, as required.
• Internal Auditing of your ISO 9001 Management System or any other Quality Management System.
• Support and representation at your Management Review Meetings by a dedicated ISA Quality Management Support Representative.
• Support with the completion of your Quality PQQ’s and applications to tender for new business from existing and new customers.
• Quality Assurance training including certificates.

 

Monthly Support Fee:

This will be invoiced to you at the start of each monthly period and be subject to payment 30 days thereafter.

Free Training Sessions:

ISO Awareness, 5S Awareness. Root Cause Analysis, 5Y analysis, (2 training sessions of your choice per annum)
